NOTE: The toners that come with the printer are starter ones and not full ones. Generics Will still run you about $120 for a set. a set to replace the toners it's not economical.
Just note that OEM replacement toner will cost as much as a new printer. Lot's of features and options on the MF743Cdw (most will never be used but nice to know they are there if needed). The IP8700 is the best I've ever seen and used for pictures. You are still better off using a inkjet for those. Quality is pretty good, not fantastic but good enough for a small office. Would have given it 5 stars but had some connectivity issues (new PC - Windows 10pro) and are resolved (for NOW).
I haven't used the fax so I can't comment on that. Good so far, but new toners ($ouch$) Only had it a month and so far so good.
